Northcross Fitness is a clean, safe and comfortable training studio for one-on-one personal training and small group workouts.  We use basic, easy-to-learn exercises and combine them into high-intensity, functional circuits. These circuits build strength, boost stamina, increase flexibility and improve balance and coordination in our clients. 

We work with men and women with high stress lives that may be coping with nagging physical issues and cannot subject themselves to overly aggressive exercise routines.  Our clients achieve systematic weight loss, muscle gain and body fat reduction while learning to move and feel better. 

Our One-on-one Personal Training program allows our experienced, certified trainers to customize a workout plan based on your personal fitness goals. Fitness goals change from person to person, so their fitness programs must reflect those differences. A cookie-cutter approach just won’t work.

Our Small Group Workouts were designed for groups of no more than six clients that want the hands-on coaching and motivation of a personal trainer, the camaraderie of working out with other people and appreciate a price tag that is lower than traditional one-on-one personal training.

Yoga, Meditation & Astrology Workshop


Our Yoga, Meditation and Astrology workshop will bring together the very best in sweat, spirits and the stars - all under one roof! Check your limiting beliefs at the door and open your mind to new possibilities not offered up by a news anchor at MSBC, CNN or Fox News.

Yogi Anne Kuehler will start off the morning by getting you stretched out, flowing and feeling great with an intense 90-minute round of Vinyasa hot yoga. We'll take a well-deserved break to cool down, towel off and enjoy a healthy lunch prepared by the great chefs over at 68 degrees kitchen.

Nothing helps to digest a satisfying meal like a relaxed session of guided meditation by Yogi Anne. Her half hour-long mediation will help you dial back in and recapture that elusive mind-body connection that we all seem to lose during our hectic workweeks. Mixologist Cait Cordell will join us after our meditation session and show us how to whip up one of her signature summer craft cocktails as we enjoy a well-deserved and impromptu "happy hour."

We started the day opening up our bodies to new possibilities and we'll finish the day by allowing our minds to do the same thing. Astrologist Lisa Shelton will explain how astrology is much more than just daily horoscopes and how it can provide you with a greater understanding of yourself, your surroundings and your loved ones to improve your relationships and your life!
