Welcome to Northcross Fitness' Body Transformation Challenge. This 12-week transformation program is designed to build your success with a close support structure including small women-only workout groups multiple times per week, personal nutrition and strength coaching, advanced body fat scans at the beginning and end to accurately capture your personal transformation, and Facebook group support integration to ensure both peer and trainer support reach you every moment you need it throughout the challenge. We even provide before and after photographs to help you see how far you've come.
