2017 Body Transformation Challenge!


We are excited to introduce Northcross Fitness' Body Transformation Challenge. This 12-week all-inclusive fitness and nutrition program is designed to guarantee your success regardless of your current physical condition or strength training experience! 

We created this special group program to provide our participants with the support of professional fitness coaches and nutritional specialists with the camaraderie of other women who are looking to achieve similar fitness goals. Creating a robust network of support. 

Highlights of our new program:

  • Small, Women-only Workout Groups (maximum of 8 participants)  

  • 3 Weekly Cross-training Workouts

  • Weekly Group Nutrition Coaching

  • Advanced Body Fat Scans

  • Facebook Daily Group Support

  • Professional Before and After Photographs 

  • $500 Gift Certificate to the Domain for the Winner of the Challenge!

The next program starts on February 1, 2017.  

The group workouts are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 AM and Saturdays at 6:30 AM at Northcross Fitness.

Kick-off Party is Friday, January 27 at 7 PM at Culinary Dropout in the Domain.

Before photographs will be taken on February 1st. After photographs will be taken on April 29th.  

Body fat scans should be scheduled and completed prior to the January 27th kickoff party.  Scans should be scheduled with the University of Texas' Fitness Institute.
