Northcross Fitness is a clean, safe and comfortable training studio for one-on-one personal training and small group workouts.  We use basic, easy-to-learn exercises and combine them into high-intensity, functional circuits. These circuits build strength, boost stamina, increase flexibility and improve balance and coordination in our clients. 

We work with men and women with high stress lives that may be coping with nagging physical issues and cannot subject themselves to overly aggressive exercise routines.  Our clients achieve systematic weight loss, muscle gain and body fat reduction while learning to move and feel better.
